1. Position: Salesperson

2. Job Description:
1.) Planning, searching, maintaining, and developing a network of potential customers and partners in the field they are in charge of (directly or indirectly).
2.) Collect information about customers, customer needs, customer capabilities, etc.
3.) Quotation, negotiation, contract closing & customer care.
4.) Resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability.
5.) Monitor service provision together with the operations department.
6.) Perform work for the management of the Company’s system.
7.) Report to management levels on customer needs, problems, concerns, competitor performance, and growth potential.
8.) Maintain relationships with customers.
9.) Manage and save the original contract.
10.) Ensure the confidentiality of business information from those who are not responsible for avoiding damage to the Company’s business activities.
11.) Making reports on business results, plans, strategies, etc.
12.) Regularly report the work situation to the TBP and perform other tasks as directed by the TBP and the BOM.
3. Standard of work:
1.) College degree or higher majoring in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, Engineering, etc.
2.) Fluently use office computers, work-related software, work independently.
3.) Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, sensitive, honest, able to withstand pressure.
4.) Promote business, communication skills.
5.) Business experience of at least one year or more.
6.) Priority is given to candidates with experience in the inspection, testing, and testing industry.
4. Workplace:
Ho Chi Minh City and go to work according to the work assignment.
5. Probation period: 02 months
6. Salary and welfare regime:
1.) Salary: from 8,000,000 VND per month (base salary) + salary based on revenue.
2.) Lunch allowance: 35,000 VND / actual working day
3.) Participating in social insurance, health insurance, occupational accident, and occupational disease, and unemployment insurance when signing official labor contracts.
4.) Other welfare regimes: according to the Company’s regulations.
