MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
– Thực hiện các vụ giám định mảng nghiệp vụ khi được phân công, theo quy trình và phương pháp được phê duyệt:
+ Hàng hóa: than, phân bón, gạo, bã đậu nành, clinker, dăm gỗ, viên nén gỗ…
+ Năng lượng: hàng lỏng, LPG, hóa chất, Base Oil, nhựa đường…
– Lấy mẫu, phân tích để đánh giá chất lượng mẫu.
– Chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức, điều phối và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong phạm vi công việc được giao.
– Tổng hợp kết quả, xử lý số liệu và lập báo cáo kết quả giám định.
– Ký chứng thư giám định đối với các vụ giám định do mình thực hiện hoặc theo ủy quyền.
– Thực hiện việc lưu trữ và bảo quản mẫu vật phẩm, hồ sơ theo quy định, đảm bảo tuân thủ các yêu cầu về an toàn và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
– Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động trong quá trình thực hiện giám định.
– Thông báo và báo cáo cấp trên khi gặp vấn đề vượt thẩm quyền hoặc khả năng giải quyết

– Địa điểm làm việc: Toà nhà Vạn Đạt lô II số 12 đường CN8 – căn R4- Khu công nghiệp Tân Bình, P. Tây Thạnh, Q. Tân Phú TP. HCM
– Thời gian làm việc: Theo tính chất/ yêu cầu thực tế công việc
🗓️ Hạn nộp hồ sơ: Từ ngày thông báo đến hết ngày 30/05/2025. Ưu tiên phỏng vấn các ứng viên nộp hồ sơ sớm.

Mass count wet goods/ LPG, chemicals.
Sampling, sample quanlity testing, take a sample of wet goods/ LPG, chemicals, Base Oil….
Mass Inspection/ Quanlity Inspection for cargo: coal, fertilizer, rice, soybean meal…
Mass assessment by draft survey method/ tallying….
Quanlity assessment by sampling method/ analytics….
Check seal the condition of the goods. All inspection jobs will be train at the office/side.
Mass Inspection/ Quanlity Inspection for cargo in trade.
Others work performance report under the direction of the leader.

Samples analysis correctly according to the correct procedure.
Tracking results and analysis report.
Others work performance report under the director of testing center and board of directors.

Proactively create a plan to search customer information, establish a database, contact potential customers to become customers, partners of the company, maintain, manage relationships and care, exploit old customer sources;

Support the Branch Director in operating and managing the Branch’s business activities. Advising the Branch Director in planning business development strategies

Planning, searching, maintaining, and developing a network of potential customers and partners in the field they are in charge of (directly or indirectly).

Monitor and record, control payment vouchers and receipts, and record them in the software. Make the daily payment according to the company’s payment

Make sales development plans and coordinate with other company departments to implement advertising and marketing campaigns.

Monitor and record, record debts according to customers, invoices, due debt dates, debt collection documents, other documents and record them into the software.
