1. Position: Staff of General Administration Department - EIC Mekong Delta Branch
1.) Quantity: 01
2.) Gender: Female (from 23 ~ 30 years old)
2. Job Description:
1.) Inspect and urge the handling of receivables and payables at the branch;
2.) Monitor and record, control payment vouchers and receipts, and record them in the software. Make the daily payment according to the company’s payment process, daily inventory, and reconciliation of funds at the end of the month;
3.) Issue invoices to customers upon request;
4.) Drafting, monitoring contracts, and issuing assessment certificates;
5.) Performing human resource and administrative tasks;
6.) scientifically store internal documents, ensure safety and quickly look up and search when needed;
7.) Support the maintenance of the system, assessment of records according to ISO regulations;
8.) Make weekly, monthly, quarterly, or irregularly reports and report to superiors upon request (if any);
9.) Perform other tasks as assigned by the Branch Leader.
3. Job Requirements:
1.) Graduated from College/University majoring in accounting, accounting – auditing, business management,…
2.) At least 02 years of experience in an internal accounting position.
3.) Priority is given to proficient use of Misa accounting software;
4.) Master the current tax, finance, social insurance, and other policies and regimes.
5.) Mastering office skills (editing documents, arranging and classifying documents…).
6.) Decisive, independent work, under pressure, and high sense of responsibility at work.
7.) Adhere to principles, honesty, and care.

5. Probation period: 2 months.
6. Salary and welfare regime:
1.) Income: 7.000.000 VND – 9,000,000 VND/month;
2.) Lunch allowance: 35,000 VND / actual working day;
3.) Participating in social insurance, health insurance, occupational accident, and occupational disease, and unemployment insurance when signing official labor contracts
4.) Other welfare regimes: according to the Company’s regulations;
