1. Position: Vice President of Sales Department
1.) Quantity: 01.
2.) Gender: Male (from 28 ~ 40 years old).
2. Job Description:
1.)Support the Branch Director in operating and managing the Branch’s business activities.
2.) Advising the Branch Director in planning business development strategies.
3.) To exchange, approach, meet, exploit and take care of customers under the direction of the Branch Manager.
4.) Transactions find out the needs of customers, find potential customers.
5.) Maintain existing business relationships, establish new business relationships through specific plans.
6.) Together with Branch Directors and Heads of Departments to develop and implement the Company’s long-term, medium-term and annual strategies and plans in the field of market development (domestic and foreign).
7.) Together with the Head of Department, support the Branch Director in monitoring the research, search, database establishment, assessment and forecast of domestic and foreign markets/competitors for business opportunities business and company products and services.
8.) Negotiate/support negotiation ( if requested from the Operations Department/Branch or the Branch Manager ) products and services related to the company’s field of operation.
9.) Ensure the confidentiality of business information from those who are not responsible for avoiding damage to the Branch’s business activities.
3. Standard of work:
1.) Graduated from College or University majoring in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing…
2.) At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (B2B business).
3.) Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Inspection, Accreditation and Testing industry.
4.) Priority is given to candidates with available customer data: OEM, end-user, contractors, investor.
5.) Good communication and problem-solving skills.
6.) Discipline, enthusiasm, high sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team.
7.) Ready for a business trip.
4. Workplace:
In Da Nang city.
5. Probation period: 02 months
6. Salary and welfare regime:
1.) Salary : 12,000,000 VND – 15,000,000 VND/month (excluding other benefits).
2.) Lunch allowance: 42.000 VND / actual working day.
3.) Participating in social insurance, health insurance, occupational accident and disease insurance, unemployment insurance when signing the official labor contract.
