1. Position: Inspector - Apprentice Inspector

2. Job Description:
1.) Read the procedure, do the work according to the instructions.
2.) To inspect the work at the site under the direction of the leader.
3.) Inspection of factory damage, equipment, and machinery, etc.
4.) Researching the regulations and regulations related to the inspection case.
5.) Prepare the inspection report according to the Company’s sample form/instruction.
6.) Work with clients to collect records and related documents.
3. Job Requirements:
1.) Graduated from University of Construction, Transport, Maritime.
2.) Specialties: Construction (know how to make estimates), Electricity (industry, ships, etc.)
3.) Good health, hard work, enthusiasm, ability to travel far away – many days.
4.) Honest.
5.) Experience required:
a) Surveyors: preferably with experience working at construction sites/projects.
b.) Apprentice appraiser: No experience needed, will be trained and assigned practical work.
4. Salary and welfare regime:
1.) Salary of Apprentice Inspectors: 7,000,000 VND – 10,000,000 VND/month,
2.) Inspector Salary: Negotiable according to ability
3.) Allowance: lunch and other allowances according to the Company’s regulations.
4.) Participating in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.
5.) Other welfare regimes: according to the Company’s regulations.
